The Hogs were held to only 93 Offensive yards in this defensive battle. Tennessee scores all 13 points in the final ten minutes to earn the win.

Sorahan throws for 139 yards, but Arkansas commits 4 turnovers to loose to the Crimson Tide. Two Fumbles were returned for TDs by BAMA.

The Hogs drop their 3rd in a row. Georgia's David Green racked up 298 yards passing and put the game out of reach when he hit Randy McMichael for a TD late in the 4th quarter.

Lawrence Richardson returned the opening kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown and the HOGS didn't look back. The win wasn't pretty, as the Razorbacks lost 8 turnovers their Div. II opponent. The Hogs did have 451 total yards including a 59 td run from Matt Jones.

In one of the greatest games since HDN became the HC Carlos Hall blocks a South Carolina field goal in the final minute to secure the win. "The Block" ended former Hog coach Lou Holtz undefeated season and dropped the Gamecocks out of the top 10.

Arkansas pounded Arkansas native Tommy Tubberville and his Auburn Tigers 42-17 in Fayetteville. This was the 2nd straight win over a top 20 team that year after getting off to a bad start.

Along Came Jones! Matt Jones becomes the starter as he leads the Hogs to a 7ot victory over Eli Manning and the Ole' Miss Rebels. At the time it was the longest game in history only surpassed by another 7ot game by arkansas in 2003.

Too close for comfort. After winning 4 straight including 2 top 20 SEC teams and an historic 7ot game the Hogs had a hard time on Homecoming vs UCF. UCFs QB Ryan Schneider's 304 passing yards was almost enough, but they couldn't convert on a 4th and 4 on the Hogs 16yd line with 22 sec. left.

The Hogs survived another close one vs 2-8 MSU in Fayetteville. The Hogs moved to 7-3 after recording their 6th stright win. Jones ran for 131 including a 43 yarder in the final minutes to help regain the lead after the Hogs allowed 2 tds late in the 4th quarter.

Arkansas forced 5 turnovers and battled back late after being down 41-25, but time ran out on the Hogs. Zak Clark and Matt Jones threw 2 TDs each in the loosing effort that ended the 6 game winning streak and kept the Razorbacks out of the SEC Championship game.

The Hogs couldn't move the ball. In this low scoring game Arkansas only had 2 pass completions for a total of 13 yards while OK QB Nate Hybl had a Cotton Bowl record 24 completions. The Defense did limit the many completions to low yardage (175) only 7.9 per catch. But a total of 56 net yards for the hogs wasn't enough to score points
