Arkansas Football Commit Ray Buchanan Jr. Announced to Team USA

This morning, Arkansas football commit and defensive back Ray Buchanan Jr. was announced as a member of Team USA this year. Team USA will play in the International Bowl on February 1st in Austin, TX.

Ray committed to Arkansas over Ole Miss and already has great aspirations for college. He holds a 3.3 GPA and plans to major in Criminal Justice or Engineering. He currently resides in Georgia.

Ray Buchanan Jr. is the son of former Pro Bowler Ray Buchanan. His father (also a DB) went to Louisville in college and played professional football with Oakland and Atlanta. He was picked 3rd round in the 1993 draft by the Indianapolis Colts. His father is most known for his infamous trash-talking between Denver’s Shannon Sharpe and himself before Super Bowl XXXII.
