well said, these type of players are the ones who hold a team together but don't get the hype because they are team players and do not cause attention to thereselves but they speak loud enough on the field and in the locker room.
Met Brandon Lewis on the sideline during the South Carolina game and was really impressed by his attitude and demeanor. When people would ask him if he was a recruit, his eyes would light up and he would assure them "Oh no, I already committed. I'm a Razorback" with a huge smile on his face. No ego or bravado, just genuinely excited to be there. "What do you think about Bequette and Tank Wright?" "Oh my gosh, they're so good. I hope I can help the team the way they have."
Those are the kinds of recruits we should celebrate. The guys who truly want to be here. Unfortunately it's the DGBs of the world who get all the hype. So congratulations to Brandon Lewis, I hope he has a long career!
