Nike Uniform Released – They’re Tight

The Uniforms are terrible. Go back to the traditional Red Jerseies, The white pants with double red stripes and the white face mask. Nike has the Razorbacks looking like a high school team.

You DO NOT change the most beautiful helmet in all of college football. Please have a white facemask. And from what I saw from the other Nike school's "Combat" Unis this was a major letdown. I expected something far out.

this is rediculous. i can't even go to a razorback website without hearing about florida, usc, texas, and all the other band wagon fan teams. oh and before anyone says a thing about how the best teams have traditional uniforms you might want to check that. texas, usc, oklahoma, yes they havent changed their jerseys but ohio state and florida? whoever says they are traditional must have locked themselves in a closet all last year. ohio state had jerseys that were not traditional nor appealing and florida...really.. yeah they wore the uniform theyve had for awhile most of the time but not even close to being all the time. they wore white helmets and their uniforms were the same ones miami wore along with a few other teams sponsored by nike. look they are just uniforms. they wont affect the way they play and they sure wont affect any of yall cheering for them. i wouldnt put past anyone that most of the people who say they hate them, will probably be some of the first to buy one when they come available.

I have read the comments and one thing is certain...AR fans speak before they know the facts. These unis will not be the same ones they wear 3yrs from now. Due to the timing of the brand change, these were last min. Me personally, think they're good but could be better. I'm all about tradition and I totally agree with the purest when I say, "DAMN THOSE BLACK FACE!!" The black outline is needed for accenting the lettering and the hog logo. All and all, these are definitely an upgrade from last yrs. Those were terrible and a gimmick design by Adidas for all their teams.

I could see this setting up for some sort of "black out." These remind me of the Louisville unis that Petrino had while there...They're also similar to the Falcons' unis. I am seeing a trend. I bet at somepoint they'll have an all-black one time a year uniform.

They could be all white with a red hog and I would be ok. Just win and impress the naysayers of the country about the humdrum play and inconsistency of the past years. Win and shut em up

The fact that I can't decide whether this year's or last year's are uglier is 1) completely shocking -- I thought we'd hit rock bottom last year; 2) depressing.

I am young and that black facemask looks out of place like liberal at a Tea Party Rally.

And the black trim around the neckline of the jersey stinks too.

Change the facemask to black (don't bring it out ever for any alternate look), and make the jersey all red and white, and you have a winner.

I do like the wording and logo on the pants...that's cool, but the black has to go OR it can be an all black jersey for an alternate surprise, but don't just throw little bits of it in there....looks dumb.

Will not last any more than the other new uniforms have. Just another stupid "new" design. To heck with Nike, Adidas, th whole bunch of them. I agree with John Paul - the best programs don't look like crap, they stick with the basic traditional uniforms. Since when do we need to do what these punk freshman supposedly want anyway? They need to come in and be Razorbacks and fit in with our traditions, not the other way around. Maybe if someone came up with a new design that wasn't ugly as sin I would like it. Until someone does we should stick with the real Hog look and not be changing every two years like some Div. I-AA wannabee.

I'd like to know what the players think of the new uniforms. They're the ones who will be wearing them and representing the university. I, personally, think it's an improvement from the adidas jerseys. If there was a change to the helmet to be made, make the Hog a little bigger. Who knows? Maybe, the true new uniforms won't be revealed until the TN Tech game.

The new unis are hideous and I wish you old guys would stop thinking that "kids" like ugly crap uniforms because YOU think they're more modern. They're not modern, modern to us "kids" has very little to do with the nasty black trim everywhere, the stupid razorbacks spelled out on the pants, and those ridiculous black facemasks. Think about the best football programs in the country, Bama, texas, OU, Ohio St, Penn St, USC, Nebraska, and Florida. If I had my wish austin, tx would burn to the ground (no one would be injured) and I still have to give them props for having some of the best uni's in college football. Nice and simple.....Jeff, Bobby, Phil Knight, go back to the drawing board.

Love the Jerseys, pants and new helmet.. Like the black Trim and the black mask.. I would've liked a more stylish jersey but to keep traditionals happy this will have to do... Anyhoo.. The kids like Nike and they like Red, White, and Black so eat it traditionals... :P

They're a fresh updated look. To all you hating on the black check the u of a official website and it's listed as an official school color. Also the black facemask is an alternate helmet and won't be worn all the time. Worry bout how they'll play

Don't like the black trim on jersey, but love the black outline on the shoulder hog as well as the Razorback lettering on the pants. Guess I'll live with the jersey and pants, but DAMN that Black Facemask....DAMN it to HADES!!!!

for the love of god will all of you "traditionalists" wake up and understand that we're not changing the razorback brand, but merely updating it. 16, 17, and 18 yr old recruits dont care about your "traditional" preference. they overwhelmingly prefer an updated fresh look.

These A-State jerseys are sweeet....oh, what? these are the new Nike jerseys for the Hogs...wierd. Maybe the black would be cool with black shoes? Otherwise, these will take some getting used to. I'll like them a lot if we win big wearing them.

Oh come on people...Let's get out of the past and look to the future! New design is great. Black on the helmet looks tuff and god knows we need tuff for once. Love the 'razorback' on the pants. It is about time to get that somewhere on the uniform. Love the new look and the new direction!

Never, never mess with the helmet. Our colors are red and white. Our helmet is iconic, something every razorback fan is in love with.

Not crazy about the black face mask, but I think I could get use to it. Was expecting a little more from Nike, doesn't really stand out, and not really an upgrade from last years I believe, more of a lateral move. Maybe the university was afraid of upsetting traditionalist. If that was the case, however, I think they would have left the black on the face mask off. I do like the black trim on the shoulders and around the collar. I LOVE the "RAZORBACKS" on the legs. That's cool. Over-all I give them a B. Give me back the old helmet with the white face mask, B+.

That black is pretty bad....especially on the facemask. Hope that gets changed...at the least.

I like the pants and the jerseys are ok. The jury is still out on the black facemask. Overall, pretty cool.
