Hog Database is honored to be selected as a new member of the Top 25 Blog Poll this season. I’ve been a big fan of the BlogPoll over the years which was started by Brian Cook of the popular Michigan website MGoBlog.com. In past years the BlogPoll has been a featured on CBS Sports, but made the move to SBNation for the 2010 season. The poll is exactly as the title suggests… 100 or so bloggers from around the country submit a ballot every week with results released each Wednesday during the season. Early each week we’ll submit a preliminary ballot here for Hog Fans to look over and comment. It would be nice to not look like an idiot so if you find anything that looks like a bone-head pick, call me out on it and I’ll consider changing it.
We don’t have a lot to go on for the first ballot and things will no doubt change over the first couple weeks, but here it is… The Top 25 as I see it.
