Klein,Texas 4* CB Charles Jackson is set to decide between Arkansas and Nebraska on the radio this afternoon.
Jackson will announce his decision by calling the Shawn and Wally show (Arkansas) or KOZN 1620 AM (Nebraska) at 5:00 p.m.
