Early this morning, Arkansas Razorback Lineman, Anthony Oden was arrested again for driving while intoxicated. This is the second time in as many years that Oden has been arrested for a DWI. His last DWI arrest came on July 4th of last year.

Among the other charges, Oden was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving Left of the Center Line, Failing to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle, No Proof of Ownership, Driving on a Suspended License, and No Drivers License.

This season, Oden was vying for a starting offensive line position after sitting out last season with Mono. He was expected to make a huge impact.

This poses the first real challenge for Petrino as Oden is the first repeat offender for our football team under his watch. As you may remember, Petrino has no qualms about sending players home that don’t follow the rules put into place (see Liberty Bowl suspensions). Will he kick Oden off the team? Only time will tell.
