WR Quinta Funderburk has requested a release from his football scholarship. This comes only a year after he had second thoughts, leaving Arkansas during Spring practice last season.
Funderburk missed 7 spring practices after struggling to be apart from his family and friends in Virginia. During that time, he spent his time thinking about whether or not he should return, ultimately deciding for it. He returned last season, only to never remain happy as his family was so far away.
He never recorded a stat as an Arkansas Razorback.
